If your questions aren’t answered here, do not hesitate to contact us at 15.13 Holsters.  We’re always happy to help!

Email us if you don’t see your gun model on our website, we may be able to still build you a holster since we are always trying to expand our gun library. If we can make arragements for a gun we don’t have listed to be made, the process will take a few weeks and will delay any orders for that gun model.

Shipping is free on any orders over $100.

$7.00 flate rate within the USA on orders under $100.  We ship using USPS priority shipping.  It usually takes 3-5 business days to receive your gear after we ship it out.

*****We do not carry any holsters in stock.  Each holster is custom made to order and usually takes a week to make and ship.  Understand that given the workload, shipping times could take from 2-3 weeks.

No international shipping.

If your 15.13 gear breaks due to normal use (training, fighting, wearing it normally) we will fix it.  If our gear breaks, bends, loses it’s retention due to negligence (to include but not limited to: leaving it on your vehicle’s dashboard on a hot summer day in Texas, putting it in your washer during the spin cycle, accidentally leaving it in the dryer during high heat, mixing it in with the dishes inside the dish washer and/or standing on it to “see how strong kydex really is” then we will not cover.  We will only fix or replace the main holster material (to include broken rivets).  We will not replace the belt mounting parts (belt loops, SpeedEase clips, IWB FOMI clips) if they are lost, only if they break.  This is the same for the mounting hardware (screws, posts, spacers, washers).  If anything breaks, we require you to return all parts to us with your receipt.  It must be “Original” parts.  If you lose any hardware, we sell all parts packages for each of our holsters.

Our holsters are made to order and customized to your specifications.  We unfortunately cannot accept any returns.  Please research our products on the information pages before you order.  Contact us if you have any question about our gear that’s not already on our website before you click buy.

If it doesn’t fit right because tension is too tight or too loose, try and adjust the retention screws that we put on most holsters.  If that doesn’t fix your problem Email us and we will try to work something out to make it right.

Our holsters are custom made to order, so we cannot accept last minute modifications.  If you made a mistake on something serious like “I ordered a left handed holster, but I”m right handed”,  Email us if it’s within 48 hours of you placing your order and we will see what we can do to make it right.
